Announcing gut health specialization & MAY classes

April 27, 2020

As we're all adjusting to the "stay at home" model of our current lives, I wanted you to know what I've been up to for the last month.  I have some great news and announcements to share with you!

1.  MY AREA OF SPECIALITY IS......

First and most importantly, I have finally landed on my niche in nutritional therapy - GI health!  It's a huge relief to me as I've been exploring various niches such as women's health, nutrition for athletes, diabetes, weight management, but I am taking an advanced nutrition course entitled, "Mastering The Art and Science of Gastrointestinal Healing" and it's the bomb!

Digestion is the most important healing priority because when it’s not optimal, a cascade of downstream detrimental effects are created that can lead to a plethora of health issues.  Any condition can be linked to digestion, and with DNA stool analysis and blood work to determine food sensitivities, we can eliminate dysbiosis and heal and restore the gut microbiome.  I'm very excited about these new tools that will make nutritional therapy that much more effective.

Here's a list of health issues directly related to digestion, that can be successfully resolved through the use of the GI-MAP® stool testing, the MRT-170 food sensitivity test, as well as through the use of appropriate and targeted supplement protocol that includes probiotics.

  • IBS/IBD/Crohn’s/Colitis

  • Chronic loose stools/constipation

  • Fat, grain, or food intolerance

  • Chronic abdominal discomfort
