I'm excited to introduce the most recent addition to my nutritional therapy services - meal planning using whole foods made easy!

It's called REALPLANS and here's the low down.

Let’s get real: Resolutions don’t work. (see previous post titled "Smart Goals")

More truth: "diets" stink.

Bright Idea: plan and execute a routine in 2018.

Even better: let RealPlans plan -- you execute. #RealFoodResolution #RealFoodRoutine

For less than $2 per week you can have your next holiday meal and every meal you eat planned for you.

Real Plans is that awesome and it has a built in shopping list.

Added bonus: all the meals meet your personal dietary restrictions, ingredient preferences, and time/financial budget. Want to try Whole30? It's there. Always wondered whether Paleo might work for your bio-individuality? It's a few clicks away.

The #RealFoodResolution of 2018 will be the easiest to keep when you turn your meal planning over to Real Plans.

Included in your monthly, semi-annual, or annual subscription:

  • documents and video tutorials guiding you through the customization of your new meal plan

  • Live training and Q&A to help you get started and stick with your new plan

  • A private Facebook group for discussion and tips given by Real Plans gurus and other users just like you

BONUS

If you book a 6 session package with me, a 1-month free membership to RealPlans is included, free!

Here's a snapshot of how it works and what it looks like courtesy of empoweredsustenance.com.

If you just want to try it, visit my webpage www.carolelayton.com/meal-planning for more information as well as the link to the RealPlans website to begin your 1 month, 6 month, or annual subscription.

I just bought myself a 1 year subscription today. and am excited to try all of the recipes for the month's worth of menu items.

The best feature, by far, is the app for my phone. I grocery shop every Sunday morning (empty stores, no lines) and I get a list of ingredients I need to buy for all of my recipes. It's so easy.

For those of you who know me, I'm a planner, and this makes planning my meals for the week THAT MUCH EASIER.

Check it out friends and let me know what you think!
