"FAT FICTION" documentary watch party on October 19

If you are looking for a fun and interesting distraction from 2020, look no further.

1. I cordially invite you to join me, fellow RESTART® alumni, and current RESTART® students to attend a free “Watch Party” of a new documentary called  “FAT FICTION", which totally reinforces and supports what you have already learned about the role of healthy fats in our body - especially as it pertains to weight management.

It’s coming up soon! Monday, October 19th at 4:00 p.m.

*******Here’s the link to watch the film https://amz.onl/2JXMY9t If you can’t make the screening, t's free for Amazon Prime members. _______ From the Fat Fiction website: Nutrition science got it wrong. Here’s how you can get it right. Today 1 in 2 Americans -- HALF the population -- has either Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes and many of them don’t even know it. There is a solution: it starts with knowledge. FAT FICTION (formerly called BIG FAT LIE) is a film that will show you how nutrition science got the whole story wrong about fats and what you can do to reclaim your health.

2. In case you hadn’t already heard the news, I left my teaching position @ BHHS last August, 2019, and am providing nutritional therapy full time now to patients at Complete Women’s Health Care, 200 Lilly Road, as well as privately.

This brief article from my website explains how I am using state of the art blood and stool testing to determine your gut health status and food sensitivities to help eradicate and resolve health issues. https://www.carolelayton.com/post/2020/06/04/what-does-your-poop-and-blood-have-to-say-about-your-gut-health 3. There’s one remaining RESTART class for 2020  beginning on
