Service Description

Let's get your body back on track! This is intended as an introduction to nutritional therapy OR ongoing support AFTER you have completed the 6 session package. Depending on your goals, this may include an initial health questionnaire, a 3 day food journal, or simply a conversation filled with more education & tools to launch your best self. Summary email sent within 24 hours of appointment. Cash, card, PayPal, Venmo, and check payment accepted.
